Since the start of our election process, there has been a lot of discussions and questions around the issue of FBEU staff and subsequent resignations and terminations of employment.
I will take this opportunity to address the issue by stating that if I am elected, I will come into the office with an open mind and open hands with the intention of working with the current staff.
I will seek to carry on with sound strategies already developed and underway, to ensure we maintain as much momentum and stability in our office as possible in this transition period.
Naturally, if I am successful in becoming your State Secretary, I will be reviewing the current staff structures and will make any changes deemed necessary. I will do this to ensure that both myself, and your Unions staff, are delivering the best possible outcomes for you the members.
